Planning or coordinating a wedding is one of the most exciting experiences of our life, but
managing all the moving pieces can quickly feel overwhelming. Behind every smooth event is
an ensemble cast of dedicated professionals. This includes trust and teamwork among the
vendors from the caterer serving main course and special meal on time to the florist styling the
bridal dais (pelamin), and the photographer and videographer capturing every special moment
during the wedding.
We work directly with vendors and manage operation to ensure a smooth wedding from the
start to the closing session of the event. Therefore, it is crucial to take note of who you need
for vendors, when to secure their date, and what to ask during consultations with us. Here is
our suggestion of vendors and their work samples for reference.
1. Venue & Primary Decorator / (Pelamin) Stylist
Your venue sets the stage, and your decorator or dais (pelamin) stylist defines the visual
identity of your wedding theme, preferred style and aesthetics. They determine the space,
layout and overall flow for all other vendors.
When to Book? Do background research on preferred vendors, decide when is your wedding
and best to book the vendors of your choice within 5 to 10 months before the wedding. Why Early? Popular venues and top dais designers often book out a year in advance, especially
for promising dates or peak wedding weekends.
2. Photographer & Videographer
These professionals work their way up from the start of your wedding till the end. Capturing
moments from your entrance, performances and overall wedding session based on the tentative.
Once the flowers fade and the meals are finished, your photos and wedding videos are what
remain. These professionals work closely alongside you throughout the entire wedding.

Wedding cake, food and drinks set the mood for your reception. Whether you’re serving a
formal plated meal, a buffet, or interactive food stations, your catering team and baker dictates
the hospitality of your event.

shape the energy and personal experience for you and your guests on your wedding day.

the technical side of your event goes off without a hitch.
